QR codes for hotels and holiday rentals
Wi-Fi in the room, the guest guide without paper binders and reviews asked for at checkout.
Guests ask the same three questions: the Wi-Fi, what to visit, where to eat. Three codes answer them — one on the nightstand, one in the lobby guide, one at the front desk asking for the review before the taxi leaves.
What a QR code does for hotels
-
Wi-Fi on the nightstand
Every room card connects the guest in one scan, per-floor networks included.
-
The guest guide, alive
Restaurants, timetables and tips on a page you edit; the printed card never ages.
-
Reviews at checkout
The code at the desk opens the review form while the stay is still fresh.
The QR types that fit
Every card opens the editor with that type already selected.
Common questions
One code per room or one for all?
Same network: one code everywhere. Per-floor networks: bulk creation generates the whole set from a CSV.
Guests without the booking app?
Codes open in the phone camera; no app of ours or yours is ever required.
Can the guide open in the guest’s language?
Yes: a smart code reads the phone’s language and sends each guest to the right version — Spanish, English or any other page you set.
