Terms and conditions
The conditions governing the use of this site and of the QR code generator.
Draft of 29 July 2026. Effective date: <pedir al cliente>.
Draft document. The owner’s details, marked as <pedir al cliente>, are pending, along with a legal review before publication.
1. Site owner
In compliance with Article 10 of the Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce, the owner of this site is:
| Company name | <pedir al cliente> |
|---|---|
| Tax ID | <pedir al cliente> |
| Registered address | <pedir al cliente> |
| <pedir al cliente> | |
| Registry details | <pedir al cliente> |
2. Object and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of the website and of the QR code generation tools it offers. Accessing and using the site implies acceptance of these terms in the version published at that moment. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
3. What the service consists of
The service generates QR codes from the data the user enters and lets the user download the resulting image. Static codes are generated in the user’s browser. Dynamic codes require, by their nature, a redirect hosted on a server.
Creating and previewing a code requires no sign-up. Downloading the final files is subject to the one-time payment described in the next section.
4. One-time payment
Downloading a finished code is a single payment at the price shown before paying. It is not a subscription: there are no recurring charges, no renewals and no additional fees for continuing to use a code already purchased.
Payment is processed by Stripe, an external payment provider. The site does not receive or store your card number; Stripe processes it under its own terms and policies.
As the product is digital content delivered immediately after payment, the download begins with your express consent and the acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has started, under Article 103(m) of the Spanish consumer protection law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). Refunds policy for incidents (double charges, files not delivered): <pedir al cliente>.
5. Conditions of use
The user agrees to use the site in accordance with the law, these terms and good faith. The user is responsible for the truth and lawfulness of the data entered to generate a code, and for checking the result before using it.
6. Prohibited uses
In particular, it is prohibited to:
- Generate codes linking to unlawful content, malware or phishing pages.
- Use codes from this service to impersonate a company, a public administration or a person, or to replace someone else’s codes on posters, payment terminals or physical devices.
- Enter third parties’ personal data without a legal basis for doing so.
- Automate access to the site, make bulk requests or make any use that degrades the service for other users.
- Circumvent or tamper with the site’s technical measures, including the payment process.
Breach entitles the owner to block access and, for dynamic codes, to deactivate the redirect without prior notice.
7. Dynamic codes and availability
A dynamic code depends on the redirect service staying up. The owner will endeavour to keep it available, but does not guarantee indefinite continuity or the absence of interruptions due to maintenance, technical incidents or causes beyond its control.
Worth keeping in mind before printing in quantity: if what you print must last for years and the destination will never change, a static code depends on no one.
8. Content you enter
The user is solely responsible for the information encoded and for the destination it points to. The owner does not review that content in advance and is not obliged to. Upon obtaining actual knowledge that content is unlawful, the owner will act following the procedure described on the notices page and Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.
9. Intellectual property
The site’s design, texts, code and graphic elements belong to the owner or are used under licence. Their reproduction is not authorised except as permitted by law.
The QR codes you generate are yours. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes, print them and distribute them without asking permission or citing the source. The QR code specification is an open standard and the result creates no rights in favour of this site.
10. The QR Code trademark
QR Code is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED. Cited for information purposes only.
11. Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is. The owner takes reasonable steps so that generated codes are correct, but cannot guarantee that a specific code will scan on every device, at every customisation level, on every material and in every lighting condition.
Before printing a run, the user must check the printed code on the final material at the final size, with more than one device. The owner is not liable for the costs of printing an unchecked code, nor for the associated loss of profit.
Nothing above excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, in particular towards consumers and in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
12. Data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy and the use of cookies in the cookie policy, both of which form part of these terms.
13. Changes to the service and to these terms
The owner may modify, suspend or withdraw features of the service, and update these terms. Relevant changes will be published on this page with their date. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the current version.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law and by the law of the European Union. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts determined by law. If the user is a consumer, this clause does not deprive them of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence or of the jurisdiction of their domicile.
15. Contact
For any question about these terms you can write to <pedir al cliente> or use the contact form.
